One think you ought to check for is if you have some of the gstreamer rpms 
installed that you need.

You seem to be missing at least gstreamer-GConf, and maybe even 
gstreamer-audio-effects.

Please give us output of 
rpm -qa | grep gstreamer

and

gst-inspect.

That might help us help you further.
