Hi Artem. Welcome to Hamlib. It sounds like you could provide us with a nice addition to Hamlib. We ask that all contributions to the libraries be licensed under the LGPL. You are free to implement the backend as you see fit, but anything that touches the frontend code (Rig API and files under src/) require mailing list discussion.
