the point of LTP is not to develop an operating system independent test suite, 
it's to test one specific operating system from top to bottom which we all 
know and love (Linux) ... it has certainly helped track down bugs/regressions 
in uClibc

i think you dont understand the fact that not everyone cares about porting ... 
why should we care about windows after all ? ;)
