In the absence of any information to the contrary, I'm going to assume
you're using Mindi v0.86 on its own (i.e. without Mondo being involved). I'm
also going to assume you're using LILO instead of SYSLINUX (i.e. you said
'yes' not 'no' when asked if you want to use LILO as your boot loader for
the floppies).

The first one is bootable. The others aren't. You insert them when prompted
for data disk 1, 2, etc.

Try using SYSLINUX instead of LILO. See what happens.
