ffmpeg is not modular at runtime, it's dependencies are all runtime
(except faac, which sadly is soon to be dropped)

it is not at least installing X11 *server*.

for reference, could you post dependency tree generated by removing the xorg or nvidia library you did not want:
poldek -e <somelib>

Bug description:
mpd is a server app. But depends on ffmpeg, which depends on some X parts. Uninstalling *nvidia* has removed
mpd from my machine.
I'mm not sure if this is only one bad dependency.
