Here are some lines from www.theory.physics.ubc.ca/ppp-linux.html To have others connect to your machine, (ie, to have yourself act as an ISP), use mgetty from http://alpha.greenie.net/mgetty/. Also get the guide http://www.swcp.com/~jgentry/dialin2.html to setting up dial in access or see ./mgetty.html.
