I am going to comprehend how this gentle thing works!
I solved the problem. In the /etc/cups/cups-x2go.conf File I commented out the line
#ps2pdf = /usr/bin/gs -q -dCompatibilityLevel=1.4 -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -dSAFER -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=\"$
Now printing works fine from WindowsClient!
