Hola:

Pues aplique sudo chown ${USER}:${USER} -R ~/.local/share/tomboy/ en cada una de las carpetas que comento aquí tal y como Guido Ignacio me sugirió vía gtalk.

Donde falló fue en home/aradnix/.gnome2/stickynotes_applet Ya que no es un directorio.

Sin embargo al tratar de ejecutar Tomboy desde terminal el error persiste:

Y ahora cuando quiero acceder a stickynotes ya ni siquiera puedo entrar a la ubicación. Por lo que al parecer he perdido definitivamente todas mis notas.
