This is all from vague memory. For something more precise, I will have
to dig through the mail archives.
I think the style was upper case for tags, lower case for branches.
(Need to have some kind of distinction since CVS doesn't really care,
but it matters to people.)
It seems I've unilaterally changed the style to lower-case everything,
but branch tags all end in "-branch".
Not sure what the best scheme would be, but since tags are created much
more often than branches, I think tags should be lower case. I also see
now that we stopped using upper case release tags after 18d.
We are now consistently inconsistent.
I have no intention of going back and retagging old releases, so we
should fix the web pages for at least those tags.
Not sure what to do about 19e. Just stay inconsistently consistent, I
guess.
