Suddenly now rejects all requests

For what ever reason, I suddenly cannot subscibe anyone to any of my
mailing lists. Any new user trying to subscribe receives the following
message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at serv.whootis.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<repchat-subscribe <at> list.pnhs.net>:
ezmlm-manage: fatal: Sorry, I've been told to reject all requests
(#5.7.2)

--- Below this line is a copy of the message.

So this is an OpenBSD 3.2 box, with qmail, vpopmail 5.2, and ezmlm.
Normal member posts to the list work just fine. I am not totally sure
if there is an ezmlm log file beyond the regular Log file that just
shows add's and removal's from the list. Like an error log.

Googling on the reject line offers all sorts of hits, but mostly people
just unable to unsubscribe from lists. As I said, this error appeared
today, and this box has been unmodified in any way in the last 14 days.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
