No, msmtp always uses a single SMTP server. You would have to run the mail through a script that calls msmtp two times: once with work adresses and once with non-work addresses. Since the envelope recipient adresses can be different from the To, Cc, and Bcc headers, the mail itself could be identical in btoh cases.
