This is not correct RFC 2821 Syntax. Try:

    rcpt to:<rcpt_address <at> domain.com> NOTIFY=success,failure,delay

Virtual(5) rewriting constitutes successful delivery to the requested
address. Also, does AMAVIS include "DSN" in its EHLO response?
