SPF is already broken for users who cannot relay via their own mailserver 
(say, connected via Earflink but they have a domain hosted 
elsewhere).  Plus, both SPF and Domainkeys present specific problems for 
listserves and mail forwarding services, which must change how they do 
things or risk generating bounced mail from delivery endpoints.
