Squirrel deutsch

Hallo, everybody, I'm new here. Ich verfasse meine Anfrage gleich so, wie
meine Squirrelinstallation funktioniert: teils deutsch teils englisch. Die
Konfiguration ist meines Wissens so, dass das Squirrel deutsch sprechen
müsste, tuts aber nur teilweise. Das change_passwd Plugin z.B spricht nur
englisch.
Nach unzähligen Recherchen und urlangem Googlen habe ich nicht
herausgefunden, wie ich den gesamten Squirrel auf deutsch umstellen kann.
Vielleicht gibt es hier den passenden Tipp für meine Version 1.4.21.
