SqWebMail by default archives the Sent folder every month. There is a 
configure option to disable it, or you could use an environment 
variable instead.

 From the INSTALL document:
> --disable-autorenamesent - do not rename the Sent folder every month.

That should fix it for you going forward. However, to undo this for 
your users this time, I believe you'd have to script a command-line or 
IMAP tool move the messages from the renamed folder into the main Sent 
folder (and then delete the empty renamed folder) for each of your mail 
users. -- And you should only go the command-line route if you 
understand Maildirs pretty well.
