Another posting address emacs-mime-en <at> m.aist.go.jp may still alive.
At least I can post a message to emacs-mime-ja <at> m.aist.go.jp.  I
reported to Japanese ML that emacs-mime-[en|ja] <at> m17n.org was not
available.
