New in CVS

Hi,

I have reworked a lot the look of the webmail. The default mode will 
switch to no frames, but of course the frames mode remains available. 
Several bugs of presentation that remained there and there were also 
fixed. 

I have tested more extensively the Russian version, and i think that the 
"view mail" page is now able to work its way out of the cyrillic charset 
hell quite honorably (i made several modifications to the lang-ru.pl 
file). 

Finally, i've added support for the "References" header when sending mail. 
This enables MUAs getting emails from nswm to sort them by thread.
