new argus release 2.0.6 on dev/argus-2.0

Gentle People,
So the final release candidate is on the dev server, finally.
Please, if you have time, take this for a spin,

The last fix is for an ICMP alignment error, which I could
never reproduce.  I put in a longword alignment test and
copied the ICMP packet buffer if it wasn't straight.  I
ran this through about 2 terabytes of packet data I have,
and it didn't cough anything, so (fingers crossed) this
should be it.

If anyone has any thing that needs to be addressed or
if I'm missing something, it maybe tooooo late, but don't
be shy!!!!
