Pentabarf 0.2.13

I am pleased to announce version 0.2.13 of Pentabarf.

This is mainly a bugfix  release and it is the last regular release in
the 0.2.x series. There are already various preparations for the
upcoming version 0.3.0 in this version to make upgrading easier.
