new mailing list for tracking Subversion commits

Hi,

Changes to the subversion respository (doc, code etc.) will now be
automatically be posted to the new list `opennac-svnannounce'.

The existing manual SVN notifications have been removed.
You can subscribe to the list of you wish to receive these notifications.

The web page for for the mailing list is: 
    https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/opennac-svnannounce

There is also an email-based interface for users
of your list; you can get info about using it by sending a message
with just the word `help' as subject or in the body, to:
    opennac-svnannounce-request@...
