Installation problem.

Having uploaded the files to my cgi-bin and set all permissions to 755, 
when I try to access it (http://www.darrage.co.uk/cgi-bin/irc.cgi) the 
interface loads, but I'm still not on the server. I tried using /quit 
which has no effect whatsoever, and I've also tried the teststream.pl test.

Test 0: OK
Test 1: OK
Test 2: OK
Test 3: OK
Test 4: OK
Test 5: OK
6 out of 6 tests were OK, looks like streaming is working

I've tried visiting /'/irc.cgi? interface=nonjs', /but it looks no 
different to just visiting 'irc.cgi' so I don't see how that can help.

I can't see anything else in the FAQs which help with the problem I'm 
having.
