Help Required in Jabberworkey Component Installation

Hi

I have Red Hat 9.0 
Jabber-1.4.0 ( jabber Quick Start)
Now I Need Jabberwocky for logging
So I started Configuring and finish almost
When I run ./jabberwocky.pl config.xml  i get error
saying Net/jabber component is missing

So i need to install this in order to get my
jabberwocky work

So where Can I get rpm of  Net:: 1.0024 component for
Red hat  Linux 9.0

I searched in the web but could not get

Please tell me where can i get this rpm package of
Net::jabber 1.0024 and also the Perl-XML Stream

I have Perl 5.0 Installed that is it is installed in 
/usr/lib/perl/5.8.0

So Please guide me further to how to get the above rpm
packages for Red hat 9.0 and to complete the rest of
configuration to make my Jabberwocky work
