I think this can achieved by:
1. saving the rules with their correct names on the server
2. having a ruleset named "(temp: invisibility)" - current session 
invisibility - might be dropped if the current session invisibility rules are 
storred in Psi only
3. using ruleset "(temp: timestamp)" as the current set , transparently 
merging the active ruleset with "(temp: invisibility)"
4. remove "(temp: *)" on account log-on/log-off (on log-off is not very 
secure, since you don't know how (any) Jabber client is stopped.

P.S. hmmm.. maybe the JEP should be extended to support temporary lists. Oh, 
this is in XMPP... :/
