Don't look at the layout details, this is just a sketch. The 'multiple
lists' aspects is only present in the top row, so i expect most users to
not touch that. The (*) should probably be changed into (Active).

The rules themselves are quite readable, and so a user should be able to
easily understand how to modify the list. Maybe, for a little bit more 
understanding, the rules should read:
	If ....
	Else If ....
	Else ....
Maybe 'New rule' should become 'add rule'.
Ideally, the comboboxes from below could be integrated in the listview,
such that the rules can be modified inline. But i'm not sure how to 
shove the multi-choice 'Messages, queries, status' checkbox in there. 
Anyone have a suggestion on this ?

The list settings are perhaps a bit lost, and maybe get too much attention,
but they have to be there somewhere 

So, keep the comments coming.
