Happy New Year

Hi all,
	As a New Year's present (It's now exactly midnight GMT), we're  
making public the repository for the Qt4 port of Psi at
http://dev.psi-im.org/darcs/psi-qt4
This is the repository that will some day become psi-0.11.
At the moment it's not that interesting except for developers, but as  
this is the development list... :)
It'll still be buggy, and Qt4 itself is still young enough that that  
might be buggy too (pre 4.1 is definitely buggy), but if you want to  
lend a hand, please feel free to grab the source and get testing :)
