Thanks for the kind words Kerry and Niklas. 

I have not yet been able to get the version of the presentation that has 
the notes pages posted to the IBM web site so I've decided to make it 
temporarily available on my own.

Note to the future: Anyone finding this posting in the List Server 
archives, if the link is dead then it's because I was able to get the 
right version of the presentation posted on the official IBM page at 
https://www-950.ibm.com/events/IBMImpact/Impact2007/

I have tentatively been accepted to present the same session at the IBM 
Transaction and Messaging conference November 5-9th in Vienna.  I will 
make sure that the ONLY version of the slides they get has notes pages 
printed.  I'll post that link when it becomes available as well.
