Well first of all, they did not ask permission (at least that appears
to be on record) to use our logo on our webpage. Also, the statement
on the website is inaccurate and can be seen as harmful to our
organization. I would be more than happy to send them a Cease & Desist
on behalf of OpenNIC, or someone else can... just keep this thread
updated!

And yes, it definitely looks just like one of the failed projects of
Herman Xennt.
