Ahh, thankyou.  To flesh that out a little for the record
cd opennms-config
../maven/bin/mvn clean
then
../maven/bin/mvn castor:generate

Not sure why just
../maven/bin/mvn castor:generate 
Was refusing to regenerate, even when I deleted some of the target files
manually (maybe I wasn't vicious in my deletions).
