Santiago and everyone,

I say just run the batch file again.

Without fail, I need to run the "opennms.bat start"  TWICE to get OpenNMS to run.  Second time is the charm,
though; afterwards it runs just fine.

Fwiw: OpenNMS on Windows XP Pro, 2GB RAM, about 75 nodes on our little network.
