help: unable to start openNMS anymore

Hi all,

I would need a bit of advice as I was running openNMS for several months under windows server 2008 R2 standard 64 bit, without any problem and after a reboot of our server I am not able to restart it again.

Whenever I want to start opennms.bat start I got the following messages error

caused by: java.net.socketexception: socket exception 10013: permission denied

Maybe someone already face this issue before,
