Did you actually try and send packets? Especailly NAT-T packets? I had crashes when I did that, I think something changed with the crypto code inside the kernel. We also have a patch for using the nat-t patch kernel without klips - before we broke the netkey nat-t capability. This will go into 2.4.8, which I will release monday, now that we know how to move forward with supporting newer kernels.
