One thing I didn't point out that John Serink reminded me of... this rule is being [applied to the desktops/laptops] on the network, not the servers.

I'm not sure if the list allows attachments, this is the first time I've submitted anything. I will try attaching an .html report of the GPO and if that doesn't work I can provide a text version but it will be much less readable.
