I have testet your current trunk version
(Revision: 159), but the bug still exists.
Unfortunately, I cannot found any reference in your current
TODO list to this bug as reported in your last email

"- segfault if > 100 routes/acls (to large paket? read size?)"

Could you please record the problem to your research section
of the TODO list?
