Hanging on Hello World

I'm having trouble running the hello world code for the Python 0MQ bindings: http://zguide.zeromq.org/py:hwclient.  It appears to be hanging after sending the first "hello."  The C++ hello world is running in to the same problem.


I built ZeroMQ from the git repo's today and didn't notice any problems with that.  I'm running Linux Mint 12.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong here?
