So research will be affected as will any business that has a radio, tv or 
"media player" on the premises and the latter will result in dual 
licensing requirements in many cases.

THe much vaunted rights of access for the visually impaired will be 
effectively nullified by the simple expedient of having publishers create 
a cartel to handle licensing of special copies for such people.
