Referrer (for fastmail)?

I know you have to use the right form of the right name to give Nancy
credit for putting you onto Fastmail, but I can't remember what it is nor
where to find it.

I'm trying to get back onto Fastmail after having given a cerdit card
mix-up time to settle down, and maybe I can at least get the referral
right at the same time ...
