What I had, and I post if only to help me find again, was this :

inbox-path = {titan.lserv.com/novalidate-cert/us...incoming-archive-folders = bblx bblx-old
                                   VA VA-old
                                   nvlg nvlg-old
                                   ACFG ACFG-old
                                   ARTEMIS ARTEMIS-old
                                   VCDL VCDL-old
                                   FM-inbox FM-inbox-old
                                   bbgA bbgA-old
                                   Adel-inbox Adel-inbox-old
pruned-folders = <No Value Set>
default-fcc = {titan.lserv.com/novalidate-cert/us...

All three done.

Here it is, with a few extras, and I hope the formatting makes it;
springing point : it's one line, saying "<No Value Set>"

personal-name = Beartooth
user-domain = LServ.Com
smtp-server = <No Value Set>
nntp-server = <No Value Set>
inbox-path = {titan.lserv.com/novalidate-cert/us...
incoming-archive-folders = <No Value Set>

pruned-folders = <No Value Set>
default-fcc = {titan.lserv.com/novalidate-cert/us...
default-saved-msg-folder = <No Value Set: using "saved-messages">
