TRAC logins & FTP replacement

Hi everyone,

For the few projects which were not available to the public I used to 
authenticate with htpasswd-files. Drawback was that those files got not 
synced with the LDAP user/password. I now created LDAP groups and 
adjusted TRAC configuration accordingly.

In case you were using a different password for TRAC, this is not 
necessary anymore. Subversion is already using LDAP for quite some time 
so no change required.

Next thing I will introduce is WebDAV access to the /pub structure on 
ftp. Like this project administrators can upload their data directly and 
/incoming is not necessary anymore.

and the desired write-access.
