It yielded only the following:
"SYS1804: The system cannot find the file CUPS."

The <error_log> file however, when I ran <cupsd.exe> previously, after
a bunch of entries reflecting certain ownership and access permsion 
repairs, displayed:

for my HP DeskJet printer.  Accordingly, it seems it detected it.  But
because of the CPU usage, which seemed an anomaly, I didn't proceed 
further.
