WDSibyl fails to run

I've just installed WDSibyl V3.05 from the WDSibyl_Compiler_20070401.zip package

I edited the sibyl.ini file to point to my Projects directory and also to change
the last project to point to an existing project.

I then started WDSibyl, made some minor changes to the existing project, saved
and compiled it, and all seemed to be working fine.

I decided to start a New Project and clicked the menu bar Project, New and
completed required entries. WDSibyl then tried to switch to the new project but
displayed an error message:- 

Critical error

TList error exception (ElistError) occured at $00023FAF !
Terminate program ?

I clicked OK to Terminate WDSibyl and then tried to restart WDSibyl. This
produced the same message as above but clicking on OK produced an extra message:-

Exception occured

Exception occured: TList error exception (ElistError) occured at $00075878
Program is terminated

As this was meant to be a New Project and I have not had any chance to use code
to create the above error myself is this an error in WDSibyl?
