How does all of this relate to RFC1591? I quote:-

``Concerns about "rights" and "ownership" of domains are  
inappropriate.  It is appropriate to be concerned about  
"responsibilities" and "service" to the community.''

...and...

``... the requirements in this memo are applied recursively.''

Anyone who thinks in terms of "ownership" rather than "custodian" wrt 
a domain at any level would surely be out of line with the spirit of 
RFC1591.
