Windows Vista masih tidak cocok untuk P2P connection

Lagi iseng jalanin Azureus (bit torrent client) untuk download Ubuntu 8.10

Tapi ternyata di Event Viewer ada message :

EventID 4226: TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the 
number of concurrent TCP connect attempts

Walah, ternyata limitansi di Win XP masih ada tho. Berapa yah? Saya 
pakai Vista Business.
