Tata Indicom Broadband plans

Has anybody used any of these offerings. What have their experiences
been like?

The plans seem far more reasonable than MTNL ones (Rs.2/MB??). Even the
volume based plans of Tata Indicom have rates from Re 0.75 to Rs. 1.50.

Some observations:
 1. Unlimited 64kbps for Rs. 800. Unlimited 128kbps for Rs. 2000???
 2. 2.5GB at 384kbps for Rs. 2000. But 2GB at 512kbps for Rs. 1575.
    Perhaps this is explained by the fact that the former plan charges
    Re. 1/MB and has an additional 5GB download cap.

The router charges seem exorbitant though. Rs. 3000 for installation?
(if you dont consider the offer period charges). The monthly charges for
router rental has note been indicated though.
