Vibrant?  I hope you mean Midtown Plaza.  That word
just isn't in the vocabulary I'd use to describe
Elmgrove.

I suppose there could be an element of that.

If I ever move to a location with sane prices, somebody
will have to keep me locked up until my sense of value
readjusts to normal or I could do something really
foolish.  "Only $300,000 for this 1000 sq ft cottage?
What a steal!  I'd better offer $400,000 to make sure I
beat the other bidders!"

On a different topic...

Did anybody else see the recent PBS show on George
Eastman and the early days of Kodak?  It's somewhat
remarkable that Kodak survived into the 20th century,
let alone the 21st.
