Microsoft GPO and SELinux

Anyone out there familiar with SELinux?  Ran across this link in a 
Microsoft newsletter where they compare Group Policy and 
SELinux.  I thought SELinux restrictions were at a deeper level.  Is 
this a valid comparison?
