PySIG - get-together NEXT week, 11/17 (special schedule for Thanksgiving)

I just talked with the ABI, and we can have Meeting Room 2, in spite
of NEXT WEEK being not our usual 4th Thursday.

An informal get-together, comparing notes on Python projects, getting
ready for the holidays, etc.
