Agreed. The 'passion' and 'commitment' is just not there. Moreover,
they don't listen for technical 'advice'. It is as bitter as medicine.

Most of their fundamentals, and concepts are also very weak. They
first need to learn these before doing any project work, let alone a
FOSS project.
