Double IP in single network interface card

Dear experts,
                      I wish to configure two IPs for an single ethernet
card. In my office, I have class C netowk for CC charge collection and B
network for inventory management. Is it possible to configure these in
single NIC?

please give me an guidelines for Ubuntu and RHEL4.
