problem playing mp3 (or any sound file) in FC11

hi,

sound works find on my FC11, but I cannot play mp3 files (or even ogg for that 
matter). The literature tells be to install gstreamer plugins, but I get:

No package gstreamer-plugins-bad available.                                                                                   
No package gstreamer-plugins-ugly available.

even after installing rpmfusion non-free and livna. Any clues?
