Skills req: PHP dev

Have recently heard about a firm seeking a PHP developer locally for a 
project jumping off soon. MySQL, Javascript and Ruby knowledge might 
help too. Only asking for 2 years plus experience and they're looking to 
pay 10-13k MTL, but you could certainly push for your own rate.
